Maybe Expedia ought to remove this property from their website…… I have stayed in several hotels across the country after booking through Expedia-We were able to upgrade to a better room upon arrival, and we were able to get printouts of our bill at other properties AND we booked through Expedia! I absolutely hate to be lied to. They also stated that they can’t print out our final bill because we booked with a third-party. River spirit uses the fact that you booked through a third-party as an excuse to not give you upgrades to a better room. The description on the website states that the room we booked had a shower/tub combination. The water pressure in the shower is awful- for what we are paying for the room, we should have a beautiful shower AND a tub. We didn’t even take our bathing suits out of the suitcase. There were so many people in the pool, you couldn’t stir them with a stick. I think it’s awful that they open the pool to the public.
